Celebrated New Year’s Eve here and really enjoyed it! The fireworks show was stunning and the hotel’s location allowed us to have a great view of it. The breakfast buffet had a nice variety of dishes, including some local specialties that were really tasty. The room was also very clean and had a comfortable bed.
The staff’s English skills were lacking and we had a difficult time communicating with them. , there was no hot water in our room for the first day, which was quite unpleasant.

Great breakfast with plenty of choice. Relaxing environment in silk warehouses. Comfy beds with a Chinese flair. Convenient iPad controls for aircon and window blinds

The hotel has a great location in a nice area close to the smart canal and restaurants. The breakfast was amazing with a good choice of Chinese and Western dishes. The staff was friendly and attentive to guests' needs. The hotel facilities were modern and clean.

This hotel offers luxurious amenities and outstanding service. We had an amazing experience at their Spa and Wellness Center, indulging in a relaxing massage and rejuvenating saltwater pool. The garden area is beautifully landscaped and provides a tranquil atmosphere for a leisurely walk. In-room breakfast was delicious and served promptly. Dinner at the restaurant was superb, and the bar/lounge area had a great selection of drinks.
The only minor issue was that the indoor swimming pool was a bit too cold for our liking. However, this did not detract from our overall positive experience at the hotel.
